Our platform is designed for both consumers (homeowners, businesses, developers) looking for architectural services and freelancers (architects, designers, service providers) offering those services. If you need architectural solutions or want to offer your expertise, Builtdesign is for you.
Builtdesign operates through two main services:
- Freelance Portal: Post jobs for architectural ancillary services like 3D visualization, working drawings, and more. Freelancers bid on your projects, and you choose the best fit.
- Design Proposals Pro: Launch design competitions to receive multiple creative proposals from top architects and designers, then choose the winning design.
Creating an account and posting a job is free. Consumers only pay after selecting a bid and approving the work. For design competition, consumers pay a fixed fee according to size and complexity of the project. Freelancers are charged a commission after successfully completing a job.
Builtdesign uses a secure escrow payment system. Consumers deposit the payment at the start of the project, and the funds are released to the freelancer or designer once the work is approved.
